1. Purpose

These General Terms of Use (GTU) define the rules for using the website cocobeach-clubbing.com (hereinafter referred to as « the Site »), published by Coco Beach Clubbing. By accessing or using the Site, you unreservedly accept all of these GTU.

2. Definitions

• User: any person who visits the Site or uses its features.
• Services: all the features offered (information consultation, table reservations, ticket purchases, newsletter subscription, etc.).
• Event: the Coco Beach Clubbing concept, an ephemeral event primarily organized in December on the banks of the Wouri River in Douala.

3. Site Access

The Site is freely accessible to any User with internet access. Coco Beach Clubbing reserves the right to temporarily suspend, modify, or interrupt access to the Site for maintenance reasons or any other reason, without prior notice or compensation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (texts, photos, videos, logos, music, graphics, etc.) is the exclusive property of Coco Beach Clubbing or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or use is strictly prohibited.

5. Site Use

The User agrees to use the Site fairly and in accordance with its intended purpose. Specifically, it is prohibited to:

• compromise the integrity of the Site (hacking, intrusion, etc.);

• distribute illicit, defamatory, or morally objectionable content.

6. Reservations and Ticketing

6.1. Table, VIP pass, or ticket reservations made via the Site are final and non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances (total cancellation of the event by the organizer).

6.2. The prices indicated are in FCFA or euros and include all applicable taxes.

6.3. All reservations are personal and non-transferable. Identification may be requested at the entrance.

6.4. Coco Beach Clubbing reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not adhering to the dress code or the event’s rules of conduct.

7. Liability

Coco Beach Clubbing makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information but cannot guarantee the absence of errors or omissions. The photos and visuals on the Site are non-contractual. Coco Beach Clubbing cannot be held responsible for:

• interruptions or malfunctions of the Site;
• indirect damages (loss of opportunity, loss of data, etc.);
• the behavior of Users during events.

9. Cookies

10. Modification of GTU

Coco Beach Clubbing reserves the right to modify these GTU at any time. The current version is the one published on the Site. It is your responsibility to consult it regularly.

11. Applicable Law

These GTU are governed by Cameroonian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be submitted to the competent courts of Douala.
